A Reflection from James L. Thomas, Architect, Friend of the Congregation

As I sat in awe of the Sunday's (Vocation Year) service, I had a vision of a flowing stream of white smoke roaring against a red background. The stream was composed of a torrent of individual waves, graceful waves, steady waves and forceful waves. They were all acting in unison. Even though the waves had no weight, they had the collective force of a wind-driven sea. They were unstoppable. They would curl and swirl around each obstacle and would disappear. Their source and force was an unbridled love for God and His creation.
