Sister Luz noted that the responsibilities she assumed in the Council have been the richest and the most challenging tasks of her 55 years of ministry in the education department. She also commented that she has accepted to continue her link with the Council and to continue supporting the ECE.

Finally, she expressed her gratitude to God, to the Congregation and to the leaders who were present at the Encounter, for all the blessings and learnings during the past four years, saying: “I will keep, with gratitude, the memory of what we have lived and built together, knowing that many efforts have only been the initial steps in a long path and they have been possible because of the convergence of different gifts and talents of a great number of persons.”
