This is no small accomplishment!
Thank you so much for your contributions of time and energy and goodwill for this project. We are so happy to report that 582 masks have been delivered thus far and 488 masks are still in process. So far the grand total of our contribution will be 1062 masks. Congratulations. This is no small accomplishment!
Solidarity workspaces
Our Sisters, friends, and collaborators send us photos of their workspaces for sewing masks.
Distribution of mask kits respecting social distancing times
Margaret Mitchell distributes mask kits to volunteers. Notice her technique maintaining the appropriate social distancing, holding the body of the bag as she places it on the ground so that the volunteer is the only one to touch the handles of the bag. Pretty neat!
It’s time to put the sewing machines to work!
