Sisters of Charity of the Incarnate Word and Headwaters at Incarnate Word sign a Conservation Easement agreement
Dear Friends of our Incarnate Word Family,
Praised be the Incarnate Word!
Only a wholehearted Congregational commitment to the future could bring our Sesquicentennial Jubilee year to a close. Our Jubilee called us to transform our heritage into legacy, trusting that God is calling us to transformation in every aspect of our congregational life.
The CCVI 150 Lab incorporates two distinct but connected spaces.

PRESS RELEASE, Friday, July 24, 2020.
On Thursday, March 5, at Casa San Ángel, we had the monthly visit to the Sisters at the Infirmary to have the closing of the Jubilee Activities with them.
On February 1, the Congregation of the Sisters of the Charity of the Incarnate Word made a pilgrimage from different parts of the city to the sacred Basilica of Our Lady of Guadalupe.
By Sr. Sarah Lennon, CCVI.
For the IWA’s celebration of the 150th Jubilee, they installed a large (40 feet long!) mural with the “A Life for God / A Heart for Others” motto in the main hallway of the administration building. In addition, there are also large posters with the motto in each building on campus, as well as a smaller version in each classroom.
Something magical has enveloped us during our Jubilee Year with many different opportunities and forms of encounter we have experienced. A vital need for communication, love and encounters dwells within us. What is happening to us? We can find the answer by re-tracing the path of the 150th anniversary of the Congregation and by celebrating the Congregational Christmas: The Word of God is not only good news and a message, He became flesh! He lives in us and among us.
