The Congregation of Sisters of Charity of the Incarnate Word and the Conrad N. Hilton Foundation are working together on an initiative that aims to develop the leadership skills of the Catholic Sisters in Mexico.

For this reason, our academic partner, the University of Monterrey, developed a certification in Social Leadership that is made available to all consecrated and lay people who are part of congregations of religious life in various ministries in Mexico.

The Certificate in Social Leadership aims to develop administrative, operational, and leadership skills of consecrated and lay people who are part of religious life congregations in various ministries in Mexico, to strengthen the service initiatives where they participate.

This initiative has been a success and we want to share the outstanding figures:

  • 260 people registered
  • 160 religious men and women
  • 23 CCVI Sisters
