Second-encounterWe held our 2016 Encounter in the City of Cuernavaca, Morelos, at Casa Madeleine Chollet. This is a beautiful place filled with peace and quiet and nice warm weather.  We gathered amid laughter, embraces, a desire to be together, to share and to learn. The encounter was attended by members of communities from Chihuahua, Jalisco, Nuevo León, San Luis Potosí, Morelos and Mexico City, and by the Sisters who are present with us in four cities.

The events were developed with brilliant organization and the topics presented were excellent, for example: The Gifts of the Holy Spirit and the Kingdom of God, presented by Mr. Adrián Frausto; and Love, Forgiveness and Hope, a very interesting lecture by Father Alejandro Maldonado. Another topic we approached was the Vision of our Association for the year 2026; we also shared ideas for the Mission. This was a very important topic for our growth and for moving ahead together with the Incarnate Word and the Holy Spirit, as we give testimony, service and love.

But that was not all… for everybody’s delight, there were Zumba classes, a Disco Night and fun in the swimming pool. But everything comes to an end in this life, so we want to thank each and every participant, and also the work team at the House for their wonderful service and especially for the delicious food which they prepared for us.
