August 15th is the day that traditionally an Incarnate Word Sister professes vows. Last August 15, all of the Sisters in San Antonio gathered in St. Joseph’s Chapel to renew their vows and celebrate The Feast of the Assumption together.

With a lot of emotion and certainty of one call and one answer, our two Sisters Candelaria Témich and Elizabeth Mendoza, left the Novitiate to take their Vows last Saturday, August 10th.
First Vows Profession
On Saturday, August 10, in the Chapel of Casa San Angel, Mexico, Sr. Elizabeth Mendoza Cortez and Sr. Candelaria Temich Sinaca celebrated the ceremony for the profession of their First Vows. Congratulations!
