Intercommunity Novitiate program
On Thursday evening, August 27, Elvira Jimenez and Marylou Rodriguez were received into the novitiate. Yesterday, September 2 the St. Louis Intercommunity Novitiate program began for the 2020-2021 year. We are proud of our new novices and we are grateful for the multicultural, inter generational community that we are as we strive to live the spirit and charism of our CCVI Congregation. We know we can count on your prayers for each of us and for us as a community.

Marylou & Elvira say farewell to the Sisters in quarantine at the Village, prior to their departure to St. Louis for Novitiate.
Farewell to Novitiate… Enter the Juniorate
With a lot of emotion and certainty of one call and one answer, our two Sisters Candelaria Témich and Elizabeth Mendoza, left the Novitiate to take their Vows last Saturday, August 10th.

We don’t know what is the best of all, the preparation or the celebration, because Ross’ celebration in the Novitiate started many days before, when they were thinking about the place for the celebration, the type of decorations to be used, the delicious dishes, the music, the environment, the cleaning tasks and the details regarding accommodations, everything had to be ready for the celebration day…
